FALL SESSION STARTS 

Wednesday, September 8th - 5:30 am

 

Space is limited and regular attendance is required.

(3 unexcused absences and you will be dropped).

 

What to Bring:

  • Towel

  • Water

  • Exercise mat

  • Hand weights (5-12 lbs)

  • A good attitude

Before you attend, you must first send a request to join to Lance Mosby: lance@mosby.biz, then bring with you a fill out health and waiver form.

 

RCE Men's Boot Camp is led by volunteers.  Currently there is no charge to attend.
